Quality Engineer

We have an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer. 

The QE will provide support to the Engineering, Production, and Quality team. 

One of their responsiblies is to be the inhouse expert on GD&T, inspection and fixturing methods.

The QE will interact with customers on specific projects to review dimensional schemes, meet correlation, GRR and validation requirements.

The QE will be responsible to instruct inspectors and operators of proper inspection methods for product inspection. The ideal candidate can self-managed the workload.

Minimum Requirements-

  • Medical/Aerospace or other regulated industry background. 5 YEARS MIN.
  • Solid knowledge of GD&T and print reading
  • Solid knowledge of best inspection practices with Indicators, Calipers, Micrometers, Comparators, Vision systems and CMM’s etc.
  • Hands on inspection/fixturing knowledge of complex parts required.
  • Familiar with Lathe, Swiss, Mill 4 and 5 axis machining operations.

Quality Foor Parts Inspector

We have an opening for a for a Quality Floor Parts Inspector on our 2nd shift.

Successful candidates must have a working knowledge of machine shop mathematics and good documentation practices.

Candidates must also be able to read Basic level blueprints, be able to use micrometers, dial calipers, and comparators. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills are also required.

Hours are 3pm to 1am, Monday thru Thursday. Pay will be based on experience and abilities. Group medical insurance and 401(k) benefits are available.

 

 

Product Engineer

We have an immediate opening for a Product Engineer on 1st shift.

Job requirements would include the following:

  • Primary customer contact for development of all processes associated with the new product launch.

  • Must have a good understanding of the overall process flow of quoting and order entry.

  • Must understand and communicate internally to ensure the manufacturability of the products.

  • Conduct product realization meetings and communicate with customers to ensure manufacturability of products.

  • Manage projects to ensure all aspects are completed on time.

  • Develop and update Items and Routes in ERP software.

  • Develop and maintain Inspection Criteria.

  • Use Solidworks and/or Mastercam 3D modeling software for process prints and fixture modeling.

  • Work with Quality Dept. to develop inspection methods including gauging, CMM Program and Vision System Programs.

  • Evaluate existing processes and configure manufacturing systems to reduce cost.

  • Assist in the improvement of process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.

  • Work with inspectors and quality to help troubleshoot quality issues.

  • Ability to read blue prints with working knowledge of GD&T

Must Have:

  • Good attention to detail

  • Strong computer knowledge

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience required

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Working knowledge of machining processes

  • Experience with ISO13485

  • Experience with Solidworks or other 3D modeling software

  • Experience with 3D part printing

  • Strong Project Management skills to ensure projects are completed on time.

CNC Mill Programmer

We have an immediate opening for a CNC Mill Programmer on 1st shift.

The Programmer will:

  • Develop programs for CNC Mills based on 3D models and engineering drawings.
  • Communicate internally to ensure the manufacturability of the products.
  • Have good written and verbal communication.
  • Discuss and resolve problems with existing programs
  • Create set up sheets for each program

Qualifications

  • Must have a strong understanding of good machining practices to include tool selection, machine speeds and feed rates.
  • Job related work experience is preferred
  • Blueprint reading with GD&T
  • Mastercam experience preferred
  • Have a strong understanding of the CNC programming language ( specifically Fanuc based code ).

2nd Shift Swiss Machine Operator

Position requires a minimum experience of 3 years.

Successful candidates must have a working knowledge of machine shop mathematics and good documentation practices. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills are also required.

2nd shift hours are Mon-Thurs, 3pm-1am, Friday will be overtime as needed

 

 

CNC Maintenance Technician

We have an opening for a CNC Maintenance Technician that requires experience with HAAS CNC machine repair and troubleshooting. 

Position requires a minimum experience of 3 years.

Pay will be based on experience and abilities. Group medical insurance and 401K benefits are available.

 

Lathe Machinist

We have an opening for Lathe machinists on our 1st shift. Hours are Mon - Thurs, 6am - 3pm, Fridays - 6am - 10pm. 

Position requires a minimum experience of 2 year operating machine equipment to ensure that all quality standards are met.

Successful candidates must have basic understanding of setting up machines, basic programming, and ability to troubleshoot.

Must also be able to read basic level blueprints and use micrometers, dial calipers, and comparators.
